Barre Engage

Barre engage is an upbeat class incorporating elements of dance, Pilates, and yoga to define, lift & sculpt the body with the help of a ballet barre. Engage will allow you to experience the barre "shake" and provide a full body workout. This class is a high energy, low impact workout that will leave you feeling incredible!

Barre Elevate

Barre Elevate takes your ordinary barre class to the next level! The first half of class will include barre & yoga inspired High Intensity Interval training. You will finish off at the barre for the final half of class to sculpt, tone, & strengthen your entire body. This is a class you can't go wrong with!

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga classes utilize spiral structure technique to facilitate the release & toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic. Through primal movements, dynamic asana, and cardio-sprints, students break down the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection. The music is loud, the energy is high, and you will sweat with intention throughout this fun and upbeat class!

Buti Flow

Buti Flow is a low impact class that allows you to move and flow freely in your body. It combines power yoga, conditioning, deep abdominal toning, and may incorporate exploration of different arm balances and inversions. In this class you will focus on toning the spiral structure of the core and moving intentionally in your body. Allow yourself to release, flow, let go, have fun in this class that is suitable for everyone!

Chill & Unwind

Chill & unwind is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga postures your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It is a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. This class helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety.

Clill & Reset

Chill & reset is a class that aligns & calms your mind, body & spirit. Throughout class, emphasis will be placed on areas of the body including shoulders, hips & back. Props will be used for support in various asanas so focus can be placed on alignment, breath, and opening to reset the body. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, help reduce stress & leave class feeling refreshed.

Core & Restore

Core & restore emphasizes on restructuring the deep core with focus on micro-movements incorporating physical touch to connect mind to muscle. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during restorative asanas. Indulge in a glorious sound healing mediation at the end of each class to take your experience to the next level.

High Fitness

High transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (HIIT, plyometrics, etc) with music you love! This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more! Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level!

Myofascial Chill & Unwind

Myofascial chill & unwind is a practice that provides the centering of your breath and body by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. This class helps to provide mental and physical balance through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Myofascial release stretching increases mobility and is implemented for therapeutic purposes including stress and pain management.

Pilates

Pilates improves flexibly, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Created by Joseph Pilates, he presented his method as the art of controlled movement. The exercises are very controlled and precise with a huge emphasis on postural muscles, with a great deal of attention to not just what we are doing, but how we are doing it!

Vinyasa

In vinyasa class, practitioners coordinate movement with breath to flow from one asana to the next. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. Sun salutations are performed throughout class to build heat and reset between sequences. Build strength and improve flexibility by emphasizing and exploring different movements. Vinyasa meets you where you are - which in today's world is usually high energy, going in a million directions at once. It meets you there and leads you by the hand back to an inner peace that exists within you.

G3 Kids Yoga

We are so excited to launch G3 Kids yoga!! This program will introduce mindfulness and relaxation for kids as well as introducing the three pillars that make up G3 wellness center: nutrition, training and recovery. Each class will involve interactive adventures that build strength, balance and confidence. Classes will offer poses and exercises that children of all ages can enjoy to help cultivate self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment and body awareness. We strive to offer a safe and consistent environment where children feel comfortable to be themselves. Specific areas that will be touched upon during classes include:

  • Pranayama (breath work)
  • Guided meditations
  • Movement & asana practice (yoga poses)
  • Mindfulness, crafts & games
  • Circle time and group discussion
  • Youth empowerment
  • Mantras, mudras, & chanting

AND So much FUN!!

G3 Kids classes will be divided into the following age groups:

  • 3-6 years
  • 7-9 years
  • 10-12 years
  • Teens

When children are practicing any kind of mind-body activity, they're noticing how their mind is affecting their body, and how their body is affecting their mind.

G3 Kids Yoga will be a monthly registered program with limited space. Classes for the 3-6 years age group will be unpatented and two hours in length.
