G3 Fit Camp is a combination of Fitness, Family, and Fun! We offer our members 30-minute group training sessions that challenge the body every time and deliver the results that you often only hope for.

Our workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training designed to get your metabolism revving so that you can burn up to twice the fat and calories of regular workouts in half the time! They are scientifically designed to keep your metabolism working at a higher rate for anywhere from 24 to 36 hours AFTER you finish your workout!

Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified fitness coach and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging. We want you to burn the maximum amount of fat and tighten and tone all your muscles. Our workouts are done in a dynamic group setting that has an addictive atmosphere. Spend some time getting strong and healthy with your "Fitness Family" and you will dramatically increase your odds of success. We've proven that working with group accountability in a community of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal is the best way for you to see continued success.

We also can modify our workout programs to fit your individual needs. No matter whether you're a raw beginner or a seasoned veteran, our experienced coaching staff can modify your workout so that you get the best results possible!
